Returns and Refunds

If you received a package of goods from our store in the previous 30 days based on an order you made in our e-shop in the past, you now have the option to withdraw from the contract by filling out and sending the form below, because you concluded a contract with us via the Internet, thus, a typical means of distance communication.

You also have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the delivery of goods on the basis of the provisions of § 1829 paragraph 1 together with § 1818 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, as amended.

Where to send the goods

Send the goods back to the following address: Ing. Petr Krejčí, K lesu 210/11, 635 00 Brno. Please do not send the goods cash on delivery, these shipments will not be collected.

Complaint handling time

According to the Civil Code, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer the amount fully corresponding to the price of the goods and the paid costs for its delivery within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, in the same way as he received the buyer’s payment. If the seller offers several options within the method of delivery of goods, he is obliged to replace the cheapest of them to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to send or hand over the purchased goods to the seller within the same period. The goods should be returned to the seller complete, preferably in the original packaging. The goods must not show signs of wear or damage. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

If the returned goods are damaged by a breach of the buyer’s obligations, the seller is entitled to claim from the buyer compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods and set it off against the amount returned.

Options not applicable for withdrawal from the contract in the following cases

You cannot withdraw from the contract in the following situations:

  • for contracts for the provision of services, in both cases provided that the performance was made with the prior express consent of the buyer before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract
  • in the case of contracts for the supply of goods adapted to the consumer’s wishes or for his person
  • for contracts for accommodation, transport, meals or the use of leisure time provided within a specified period
